Aliyah Gibbs

Aliyah Gibbs is an award-winning engineer, AI strategist, and speaker dedicated to expanding innovation and opportunity in tech. After seven years at Lockheed Martin, she now leads efforts to scale responsible Generative AI across national defense programs, helping thousands of employees adopt cutting-edge tools. She is also the founder of Aliyah’s Intelligence, where she delivers AI workshops, leadership trainings, and career talks for students and professionals. Aliyah created Lockheed Martin’s largest career-development series and teaches coding with Black Girls Code. A first-generation engineer, she mentors rising talent and encourages young people to see themselves in STEM.

BEYA Stars and Stripes Career Day, hosted by Career Communications Group (CCG), is monthly virtual event where you not only learn about cool careers but also have a blast! It's designed to be totally in sync with what schools across the nation are teaching, so you know it's legit. At this event, experts are going to hook you up with some seriously engaging presentations about careers in STEM (that's science, technology, engineering, and math). And guess what?
