About the BEYA STEM DTX™ Conference

For four decades, the BEYA STEM Conference has honored excellence in science, technology, engineering, and math—regardless of race, gender, or background.

Cancelation Policies

Exhibitor Cancelation Policy
Exhibitor may not cancel this contract or reduce the amount of assigned exhibit space without written notification to CCG. In the event of cancellation or reduction, Exhibitor shall be liable for an amount equal to 50% of the total fee. Any balance remaining from the total fee that has been paid by Exhibitor shall be refunded to Exhibitor by CCG. There are no cancellations or reductions of assigned exhibit space permitted after December 31, at which time Exhibitor shall remain liable for the total fee stated in this contract.

Attendee Cancelation Policy
Unless otherwise specified during the Event’s registration process, you may cancel your registration at any time. If you cancel your registration at least 30 days before the Event start date, you will be entitled to a refund of your registration fees minus a processing fee of $200 or the value of your registration, whichever is lower.

Regrettably, Career Communications Group, Inc. cannot issue refunds for cancelations made less than 30 days prior to the Event start date or for non-attendance at the Event. All cancelations must be sent via email to registrar@ccgmag.com and marked for the attention of Customer Services. The email must be received by Career Communications Group, Inc. You acknowledge that a refund of your fees or a portion thereof in accordance with this policy is your sole remedy for any cancelation of your registration by you, and all other liabilities are expressly excluded.
