About the Role 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Development Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team. As a key player in our development team, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential supporters, cultivating relationships with prospective donors and partners, and helping to expand our organization’s community impact. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach through phone calls, emails, and digital messaging to engage potential donors and community partners. 
• Present the organization’s mission, programs, and impact in a compelling manner to secure interest and support. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activity in the CRM system. 
• Coordinate follow-ups and schedule meetings for senior development officers. 
• Assist in crafting personalized messaging for various donor segments. 
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings and contribute to campaign planning and execution.

Qualifications 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Friendly, confident phone presence and a passion for connecting with people. 
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic email marketing software. 
• A desire to learn and grow within a development or fundraising career path. 
• Previous customer service, sales, or outreach experience a plus but not required.
